🌿✨ Project Spotlight: A Backyard Transformation for Mr. & Mrs. Parra When Mr. & Mrs. Parra reached out, they wanted more than just a backyard fix—they wanted a space that solved drainage challenges while creating a stylish, functional outdoor retreat. ✅ Step 1: Preparation & Drainage We began with demolition, leveling, and grading, removing existing gravel and grass to prepare the site for construction. Given the heavy water flow from the driveway and surrounding properties, drainage became the most critical step. Our licensed irrigator, Noé, carefully designed and installed a new drainage system with catch basins, ensuring water was redirected away from the foundation. ✅ Step 2: Modern Patio Design With the groundwork ready, our master mason, Jaime, created a stunning combination of 24 "x24" concrete pavers with artificial turf inlays. To complete the design, we added pea gravel and decorative pebbles for a polished look. ✅ Step 3: Comfort & Protection Upgrades Installed new seamless gutters around the home to manage roof water runoff. Added a custom sprinkler system to maintain the health of the landscape. Installed tile flooring for the patio extension.
