For this project, we started by solving the homeowner’s central issue: poor water flow. We installed a yard drainage system using PVC pipe to redirect stormwater away from the house safely. Once the drainage was corrected, we leveled and graded the entire area and built a brand-new walkway using pavers paired with black star gravel for a modern, clean finish. We also created a dedicated gravel bed for the utility side of the home. This low-maintenance hardscape zone keeps AC units, meters, and service equipment accessible and looking sharp.
