Client had a grossly oversized 5 ton system that had persistent issues, high humidity, and delapidated ducting. We performed some building testing, a heat load calculation, and determined the home only needed 3 tons and a more thoughtful design. Optimized duct system, zoned control, and high efficiency equipment gave them back control of their comfort.
