We completed an extensive deck refinishing project for this multi-level residential home in Concord. We focused on the elevated wooden balcony and the primary staircase, ensuring all surfaces were properly prepped and treated for long-term durability. Our team also addressed interior wall repairs, including patching and spackling various surface imperfections to prepare the space for a clean finish. We applied a high-contrast two-tone finish to the exterior structure, using a dark-toned stain for the wooden treads and a crisp white for the risers and railings. This update provides a refreshed look while protecting the wood against the elements. The final result creates a clean, functional transition from the brick walkway to the upper levels of the home.
