We transformed an existing open backyard patio into a functional, weather-protected outdoor living space for this home in Garner. Our team designed and built a custom shed-style roof extension that we securely attached to the rear of the house. This project involved precise framing and the installation of a new structural roof system to provide lasting shade and protection. To ensure a seamless look, we installed architectural asphalt shingles that match the existing residence and finished the interior with white vinyl soffits. We also updated the electrical panel and installed a new ceiling fan to improve airflow and comfort. The completed structure offers a durable and integrated expansion of the home's usable outdoor area.
