We completed a custom screen porch addition for this home in Wake Forest. Our team installed a series of large, white-framed screen panels over an existing wooden deck to create a protected outdoor living space. We also integrated a matching storm door and updated the exterior siding to finish the new structure. To improve the aesthetics and functionality of the elevated space, we installed dark brown lattice skirting around the base of the porch to conceal the structural foundation. We added black metal safety railings and integrated horizontal vinyl siding that matches the existing home. This project transformed the open deck into a versatile area that provides shade and insect protection while maintaining clear views of the backyard.
