We built a custom screened-in porch and a matching detached garage for this residential project in Rocky Mount. Our team constructed the porch on a solid brick foundation and installed matching brick steps to connect the structure to the existing home. We also framed the new garage and installed fiberglass batt insulation to ensure the interior remains comfortable throughout the year. For the exterior, we used tan vinyl siding and gray architectural shingles to maintain a uniform look across all structures. We poured a curved concrete walkway and a new patio area, creating a functional flow between the house and the backyard. To finish the space, we installed white aluminum railings and large screen panels for a clean, durable outdoor living area.
