We completed a screened porch enclosure for this home in Hope Mills, transforming an existing covered concrete patio into a functional outdoor living space. Our team installed a white aluminum screen tracking system and custom framing to securely enclose the area while maintaining the original architectural style. We also integrated a matching screen door and structural aluminum columns to ensure a seamless transition from the home's exterior. The project featured a durable brick foundation base and decorative columns that we finished with specialized direct-to-metal paint for long-term weather resistance. We incorporated white aluminum railings and precision-cut screen panels to provide clear views of the yard while protecting the space from insects and debris.
