We completed a comprehensive deck expansion and sliding glass door installation for this home in Clayton. Our team resurfaced the existing platform and extended the total footprint to 16' x 12', including a new 4' x 4' stair section for better backyard access. We used pressure-treated lumber for all decking, framing, and vertical wood railings to ensure long-term durability. The project also involved structural modifications to the exterior wall to accommodate the new six-foot sliding glass door. This upgrade improved the functional outdoor living space and created a seamless transition between the interior and the updated deck.
