We completed a comprehensive deck resurfacing project for this home in Broadway, North Carolina. Our team stripped the existing surface to inspect the frame, reinforced the structural posts, and performed essential repairs to the adjacent siding and house trim. We focused on restoring the structural integrity of the outdoor space while updating its aesthetic and safety. We installed new pressure-treated lumber decking and integrated a modern railing system featuring black aluminum balusters. To ensure long-lasting protection, we applied a professional-grade Ready Seal exterior stain in Natural Cedar. The finished project includes a new staircase, updated lattice skirting, and repaired downspouts to improve both the function and curb appeal of the backyard.
