We completed a comprehensive deck resurfacing and structural repair project for a residence in Wake Forest. Our team addressed a detaching rim joist to ensure structural stability before replacing the weathered decking and installing a new set of stairs. We utilized pressure-treated lumber for all floorboards, vertical balusters, and handrails to maximize durability. After verifying moisture levels, we applied a fresh stain to protect the wood and provide a clean, finished look for the outdoor space.
