We completed a comprehensive deck resurfacing project for this home in Willow Spring, North Carolina. Our team removed the weathered, peeling wood boards and aging white railings to prepare for a modern, low-maintenance upgrade. We focused on refreshing the entire surface area while ensuring the structural integrity of the existing frame. We installed high-performance grey Trex composite decking along with a new black metal railing system for a clean, contemporary look. The project also included updated stairs and matching composite fascia to cover the visible rim joists and brick foundation interface. These new materials provide a durable, splinter-free outdoor living space that will withstand the elements for years without the need for staining or painting.
