This project involved the removal and replacement of deteriorated chimney siding and exterior trim to restore structural integrity, improve weather resistance, and enhance overall curb appeal. The existing siding and trim materials were carefully removed down to the substrate. The chimney structure was inspected for moisture damage, rot, or compromised sheathing. Any damaged wood components were replaced to ensure a solid, code-compliant foundation prior to new installation.
