This project involved the full replacement of the existing gutter system with new 6-inch K-style aluminum gutters in a modern black finish, enhancing both performance and curb appeal. The larger 6" profile provides superior water-handling capacity, making it ideal for managing heavy rainfall and protecting the structure’s foundation, fascia, and landscaping from water damage. All gutters were custom-fabricated and securely mounted to ensure proper pitch and optimal drainage. Downspouts were positioned strategically to promote efficient water flow away from the property. To further improve system performance and reduce maintenance, micromesh stainless steel gutter guards were installed.
