This project included targeted repairs to protect the roof system and prevent future water intrusion. The existing pipe boot was removed and replaced with a GAF Master Flow Small Pivot Pipe Boot, designed to deliver a durable, watertight seal around roof penetrations. The new boot ensures long-term flexibility and weather resistance. In addition, the deteriorated chimney pan was replaced with a new, properly fitted metal pan to improve drainage, stop leaks, and enhance overall chimney protection. All components were securely installed and sealed to manufacturer standards to ensure optimal roof performance and longevity.
