This project involved the complete removal and replacement of an existing exterior deck that had reached the end of its service life due to weather exposure and structural deterioration. The scope included demolition of the existing decking, framing members, and railing system, followed by installation of a new pressure-treated lumber deck designed for durability, safety, and long-term performance. The finished deck provides a safe, stable, and visually refreshed outdoor living space. The use of pressure-treated lumber ensures enhanced resistance to rot, decay, and insect damage, extending the lifespan of the structure while maintaining cost-effectiveness for the client.
