This project involved the replacement of deteriorated plumbing vent pipe boots and targeted shingle repairs to restore proper waterproofing and extend the life of the existing roofing system. The existing pipe boots showed signs of weathering and seal failure, which can lead to moisture intrusion around roof penetrations. The compromised components were carefully removed, and the surrounding shingles were lifted to prevent unnecessary damage during replacement.
