This project involved a full residential roof replacement using Timberline HDZ architectural shingles manufactured by GAF, North America’s leading roofing manufacturer. The existing roofing materials were completely removed down to the decking to ensure a clean, stable foundation. The roof deck was inspected for integrity, and any compromised sheathing was replaced as needed to meet structural and building code requirements.
