Landscape Design, drainage & flooring

These customers wanted a solution to their drainage & water issues as well as some curb appeal. Inside they had water issues in this living room which ruined their flooring. We fixed the water issues by installing drainage pipes from each of the gutter downspouts which lead to pipes underground to a surface pop of drain. Additionally to stop the water from going inside we installed a channel drain across the front of the house hidden behind the landscape design. We then installed a stone border with mulch and plants. Inside we removed all the water damaged flooring, waterproofed their entire floor, and installed luxury vinyl plank flooring.
