Steam Line Relocation Project

During ongoing construction, existing steam lines were found to conflict with newly framed rooms and had multiple active leaks. We rerouted the steam piping to align with the new wall layouts, core drilled new penetrations, and installed all new properly supported piping. All work was completed to code, passed inspection, and was carefully coordinated with other trades to stay on schedule and maintain project timelines. The result is a clean, and properly aligned steam system integrated seamlessly with the new construction.
