Condensate tank had corroded areas and was leaking, and the LWCO/feeder was leaking heavily. To save the customer the cost of replacing the entire tank, we cut out the corroded section, welded in new steel with new connections to the sight glass, and replaced the McDonnell Miller LWCO/feeder. System was restored to proper operation.
