Boiler Cleaning & Flue Rebuild

We were called on site due to dangerously high CO levels at the facility. Upon arrival, we found the flue system completely corroded, with multiple sections deteriorated and falling apart. Our team rebuilt the flue using new steel sections and ensured all joints were properly sealed. The boiler was found to be heavily sooted, restricting proper combustion. We vacuumed all tubes, cleared the passageways, and performed a full combustion analysis before and after the work. Initial readings showed extremely high CO levels; after the cleaning and repairs, the system tested at safe, normal levels, confirming proper operation.
