We completed a comprehensive residential re-roof for this two-story home in Winter Park. Our team stripped the existing materials to inspect the plywood decking, ensuring a solid foundation before installing new architectural asphalt shingles. We focused on maintaining the structural integrity of the complex roofline, which featured multiple pitches, gables, and valleys. The project included the integration of three rectangular skylights and several new ventilation components, such as dome vents, to improve airflow and natural light. We also addressed the drainage system by clearing and inspecting the gutters around the pool and patio areas. The final result provided the homeowners with a durable, weather-tight roofing system that enhances the property's brick and stucco exterior.
