We performed a complete residential reroof, transitioning this Casselberry home from old asphalt shingles to a durable metal system. Our team stripped the existing layers to inspect the underlying structure and replaced sections of damaged plywood and OSB sheathing. This process ensured a solid and level foundation for the high-performance materials to follow. For the final install, we applied Polyglass Polystick TU Plus self-adhering underlayment for maximum moisture protection before laying the metal panels. We finished the project with a vibrant blue ribbed metal roofing system and matching ridge caps. This upgrade significantly improved the home's weather resistance while providing a distinct, modern look.
