We completed a comprehensive re-roofing project for the Wekiva Bend Clubhouse in Altamonte Springs. The work began with a full tear-off of the aged asphalt shingles, followed by a thorough inspection of the underlying structure. We identified and replaced several sections of water-damaged plywood decking and OSB subflooring to ensure a secure and durable foundation for the new roofing system. Our team installed high-performance asphalt shingles alongside new underlayment and custom metal flashing. The project also involved the detailed replacement of multiple skylights, chimney stucco repairs, and the installation of new ventilation pipes and copper gutters. We finalized the job by addressing the community’s mailbox kiosk, ensuring all structures were fully protected from the elements and visually consistent across the property.
