We completed the installation of a white TPO roofing system on this commercial property in Winter Park. Our team integrated the new surface with multiple large HVAC units, ensuring each curb and support stand was properly flashed for maximum weather resistance. We also installed dark metal parapet flashing along the roof perimeter to provide a clean finish and durable edge protection. Silver conduits for refrigerant lines were secured using specialized rubber pipe stands to prevent membrane damage and maintain the integrity of the system. This project provides the building with a reflective, energy-efficient surface designed to withstand the local climate while supporting heavy mechanical equipment.
