We completed a comprehensive roof maintenance and drainage repair project for a commercial property in Orlando. Our team cleared heavy accumulations of leaves and organic debris from the flat modified bitumen roof surface to prevent water ponding and potential membrane failure. We also inspected and cleared all downspout extensions and wall scuppers to ensure the drainage system functioned correctly. We performed critical repairs to wall penetrations and downspout transitions using high-grade sealants and mechanical fasteners to secure the building envelope. The process involved clearing the parapet wall lines and checking plumbing vents for obstructions caused by dense overhanging trees. These maintenance steps restored proper water flow and protected the building’s stucco exterior from moisture damage. This proactive service extends the lifespan of the existing roof membrane and helps prevent future leaks.
