We completed a series of essential maintenance and repair tasks on a commercial flat roof in Orlando. Our team focused on sealing critical roof penetrations, including rusted vents and pipe flashings, using professional-grade roofing mastic to prevent moisture intrusion. We also inspected and cleared the integrated gutter systems to ensure proper drainage across the gravel-surfaced built-up roofing system. To improve the overall building envelope, we addressed structural cracks along the stucco parapet walls and foundation levels. We finished the project by installing new silver metal flashing and securing all transitions against the elements. These targeted repairs restored the integrity of the existing roof and provided lasting protection for the commercial facility.
