We addressed active water intrusion and structural wear for this commercial property in Orlando. Our team performed comprehensive roofing repairs, focusing on the flat membrane transitions and critical wall-to-roof junctions. We also inspected the rooftop HVAC systems, replacing filters and repairing damaged ductwork insulation to restore mechanical efficiency. We installed new metal flashing and termination bars along the parapet walls, sealing all seams with high-grade white sealant. The project involved patching the TPO membrane and repairing cracks in the masonry walls to prevent further interior damage. These targeted improvements resolved existing leaks and significantly extended the durability of the roofing system.
