We completed a comprehensive residential reroofing project for this single-story home in Maitland. Our crew performed a full tear-off of the aged materials to conduct a thorough inspection of the underlying roof deck. We replaced several sections of compromised wooden planks and OSB sheathing to ensure a stable and secure foundation for the new roofing system. To provide maximum weather protection, we installed GAF TigerPaw synthetic underlayment across the sloped surfaces and Flintlastic SA membrane on the low-slope sections. We also updated the metal drip edges and flashing to improve water shedding and prevent future moisture intrusion. This installation resulted in a durable, multi-layered defense system that enhances the home's structural integrity.
