We performed a targeted roofing repair on a residential property in Longwood to resolve moisture intrusion issues. Our team inspected the concrete tile roof and identified significant organic debris accumulation within the valleys that was obstructing proper drainage. By clearing the valleys and metal flashing, we restored the roof's ability to shed water effectively and prevented further moisture backup. This project specifically addressed visible interior damage, including water staining around HVAC vents and moisture streaking on the drywall and crown molding. Our team ensured that the flashing and tile rows were clear and functional to protect the home’s interior from future leaks. This maintenance work secures the building envelope and helps maintain the structural integrity of the roofing system.
