We performed targeted roofing repairs on this concrete tile system in Orlando to address damaged underlayment and loose ridge caps. Our team removed existing tiles to replace sections of plywood underlayment and installed new flashing to ensure a watertight seal. We reset the terracotta-colored tiles and applied thick mortar joints along the ridges, hips, and valleys to stabilize the roof structure. This process restored the integrity of the tile system and provided long-term protection against the local Florida climate.
