We completed a comprehensive new construction roofing installation for this multi-story project in Winter Park. Our team managed the structural transition from the initial concrete masonry unit and plywood decking phases to the final placement of Mediterranean-style clay tiles. We installed Polyglass Polystick TU Plus self-adhered underlayment to provide high-performance waterproofing across the complex roof planes and arched dormers. The project included precision flashing around PVC plumbing vents and the application of black roofing mastic at critical masonry transitions for a weather-tight seal. We finished the build with high-durability terracotta clay tiles to ensure a classic aesthetic and long-term protection. This robust roofing system offers functional reliability and significant curb appeal for the new structure.
