We completed an extensive commercial roofing project in Orlando featuring a new white membrane roof and vertical metal siding installation. The scope of work included prepping the flat roof surface and installing durable corrugated metal panels along the perimeter parapet walls to protect the building's exterior. We installed a high-reflectivity white membrane for improved energy efficiency and integrated various HVAC units on secure metal stands with protective walkway mats. The perimeter was finished with vertically ribbed gray and white metal siding, complete with custom flashing and sealed corners to ensure a long-lasting, weather-tight seal. This system provides the building with a modern exterior profile and superior thermal protection.
