We completed a comprehensive commercial roof replacement for this facility in Orlando, Florida. Our team installed a new high-reflectivity white membrane system across the expansive flat roof surface to ensure long-term weatherproofing. We focused on securing the building's envelope while carefully navigating a complex layout of rooftop mechanical equipment and structural penetrations. We utilized GAF EverGuard TPO membrane and high-performance insulation boards to significantly improve the building's thermal efficiency. The scope of work included detailed flashing around dozens of HVAC units, the addition of diamond-plate metal walkways, and the installation of perimeter safety railings. This updated roofing system provides a durable, energy-efficient solution that protects the structure and its critical mechanical assets.
