We completed a comprehensive residential reroof for this single-story home in Orlando. Our team began by stripping the weathered asphalt shingles to perform a thorough inspection of the roof deck. We identified and replaced damaged plywood sheathing to ensure a solid and secure foundation for the new roofing system. After preparing the deck, we installed high-performance underlayment and new architectural asphalt shingles in a rich brown tone. We paid specific attention to the integration of the existing skylights and masonry chimney, installing fresh flashing to prevent future leaks. The completed project provides the residence with enhanced weather protection and a refreshed exterior appearance.
