We performed a complete residential re-roof for this home in Longwood to address aging materials and active water intrusion. Our crew removed the existing concrete tiles and performed extensive repairs to the wooden roof deck, replacing sections of damaged plywood and underlayment. We also reconstructed the chimney chase siding and flashing to eliminate gaps that were causing interior ceiling damage. Following the structural repairs, we installed a multi-layered barrier including self-adhered underlayment and new metal valley flashing. We then reset the grey concrete barrel tiles, ensuring a secure and weather-resistant finish. This thorough process improved the home’s protection and long-term durability.
