We completed a comprehensive residential reroof in Oviedo that required significant structural repairs after a tree impacted the home. Our team addressed a large puncture in the roof deck, repaired damaged framing, and restored the compromised eaves and stucco. We then stripped the existing weathered shingles to prepare the entire surface for a full system replacement. We installed new plywood sheathing and high-performance black underlayment to ensure a watertight seal across the entire structure. The project included replacing rusted chimney chase covers and installing new metal valley flashing for improved drainage. We finished the home with durable brown architectural asphalt shingles and matching ridge vents to provide long-term protection and enhanced curb appeal.
