We completed a full residential reroof for this Winter Park home, transitioning the property from aged barrel clay tiles to a durable asphalt shingle system. During the tear-off process, we identified and repaired several sections of damaged plywood sheathing, particularly around the chimney and skylights, to ensure a solid structural foundation. Our team meticulously prepared the roof deck before installing new underlayment and high-performance shingles. We installed custom brown metal flashing around the brick chimney and along the eaves to provide superior moisture protection.
