This project consisted of a complete removal of the existing roof system down to the deck, followed by the installation of a high-performance metal roofing system designed for long-term durability and protection. The new roof features synthetic underlayment over the entire deck, 29-gauge G-rib exposed-fastener metal panels with a 40-year paint warranty, residential drip edge along the eaves, rake trim on all gable ends, closure strips at all trims, and new pipe flashings at roof penetrations. The decking was fully inspected, with provisions in place for replacement if needed. The project was completed under The Titan Difference, including a lifetime workmanship warranty, a dedicated project supervisor, live photo documentation, real-time project updates, and 4K drone photography to showcase the finished roof.
