This scope of work includes installation of an IB PVC flute-fill roofing system designed to create a smooth, durable, and long-lasting roof assembly without disrupting building operations. The project consists of installing EPS flute insulation secured with screws and plates, overlaying the flutes with ½-inch DensDeck for added strength, and installing 2x4 wood nailers along the perimeter for secure flashing attachment. An 80-mil white IB PVC membrane with a 30-year rating will then be fully adhered using IB water-borne adhesive, with 3-foot rolls at perimeters and 6-foot rolls in the main roof areas. Custom manufacturer-made boots, curbs, and flashings will be installed at all penetrations and HVAC units, along with PVC-clad 26-gauge metal flashing around the entire perimeter. All materials, labor, lift rental, and accessories are included, with an estimated completion time of seven working days and no interior disruption, allowing normal business operations throughout the project.
