This scope of work includes a full tear-off of the existing roofing system down to the original decking, with proper disposal of all materials, followed by installation of a high-performance insulated roof assembly. The new system consists of two layers of 2.5-inch ISO insulation with a ½-inch DensDeck cover board mechanically attached, a fully adhered 60-mil single-ply membrane extending up and over the parapet walls, prefabricated flashing components at all curbs, corners, and drains, new 26-gauge metal coping at perimeter walls, through-wall scuppers with collection boxes and downspouts, and new seamless aluminum gutters and downspouts. Additional work includes installing metal roof edge on the RA2 building eave. The project includes all labor and materials and is backed by a 10-year Titan Commercial Roofing workmanship warranty and manufacturer warranties ranging from 15 to 20 years, including an IB no-dollar-limit warranty where applicable.
