This scope of work includes preparation and installation of a new 50-mil IB PVC roofing system across Roof Sections. Existing foam will be scarified on all applicable roofs, with foam torn off walls where required, while Roof F will receive a new deck installed by the owner prior to roofing. The project includes installation of 1-inch ISO insulation, wood nailers at all perimeters, PVC membrane installation using perimeter and field roll widths with patched seams, custom manufacturer-made boots, curbs, and flashings at penetrations, clad drip edge, aluminum termination bars with water stop at brick walls, and a new gutter at the eave. Work is estimated to take approximately three days, assumes removal of unnecessary wiring and vents prior to start, and includes coordination with owner-provided decking, curbs, skylight, and any specialty chimney materials.
