This scope of work includes installing a new 29-gauge lifetime painted metal roofing system using 26-gauge G-Rib metal panels backed by a 40-year manufacturer warranty. The project covers all required metal components, including residential rake trim at gable ends, eave trim, W-profile valley metal, ridge cap along ridges and hips, sidewall and endwall flashing, and closure strips at ridges, eaves, valleys, and endwalls, with vented closures at ridges for proper ventilation. The installation also includes new 6-inch seamless aluminum gutters and 3" x 4" aluminum downspouts. The completed system is protected by a 5-year workmanship warranty, providing reliable, long-term performance and peace of mind.
