This scope of work includes installation of a complete 60-mil IB PVC roofing system over a metal roof substrate, beginning with custom-fit EPS flutes followed by a 1/2-inch DensDeck cover board mechanically fastened with screws and plates at a rate of 12 per 4x8 sheet. A continuous 2x4 wood nailer will be installed along the perimeter to secure perimeter flashing, after which the PVC membrane will be installed using 3-foot-wide rolls at the perimeter and 6-foot-wide rolls in the field. The project also includes installation of custom manufacturer-made boots, curbs, and flashings at all penetrations and HVAC units, PVC-clad 26-gauge metal flashing at the gutter eave, and replacement of wall cap flashing on all parapet walls. The estimated duration is seven working days, and the installation is non-intrusive, allowing the business to operate as usual with no interior disruptions.
