This project includes a full roofing, exterior, and accessory system upgrade designed to improve durability, weather protection, and appearance. Work consists of tearing off and replacing existing shingles with Atlas ProLam architectural shingles, inspecting and repairing decking and structural components as needed, installing synthetic underlayment, ice and water shield in valleys, starter, hip, and ridge shingles, new box vents, drip edge, flashing, and custom metal details. Additional work includes installing a PVC membrane for debris protection, a 29-gauge Panel-Loc Plus metal roof section, new Norandex vinyl siding with house wrap, seamless aluminum gutters and downspouts, and necessary repairs caused by equipment damage. The project also covers labor, materials, supervision, equipment, and disposal, with an estimated installation time of 7–9 days and a start window of 6–8 weeks depending on weather. The system is backed by a limited lifetime shingle warranty, 130-MPH wind rating, a 15-year manufacturer system warranty, and a 10-year workmanship warranty.
