This scope of work includes removal of the existing roofing materials and installation of a standard architectural shingle system using IKO Dynasty shingles in Appalachian color. The installation will include Top Shield starter shingles at all eaves and rakes, IKO hip and ridge shingles along all hips and ridges, new synthetic underlayment over the entire roof, and aluminum drip edge to protect the roof perimeter. New IPS aluminum pipe flashing will be installed at all roof penetrations, along with split pipe jack flashing at electrical masts, and standard aluminum box-style roof vents painted to match the roof color. The scope also includes replacement of up to 120 square feet of deteriorated decking, with any additional decking repairs billed separately, final detailing with spray-painted roof hardware for a uniform appearance, and a 5-year workmanship warranty.
