This scope of work includes removal of the existing concrete tile roof and installation of a premium Class 4 impact-resistant architectural shingle system using Atlas StormMaster Shake shingles with 3M™ Scotchgard® algae protection. The installation will include Atlas Pro-Cut HP42 starter strips along all rakes and eaves for enhanced wind resistance, StormMaster hip and ridge shingles with Core4® modified asphalt technology, new synthetic underlayment over the entire roof, ice and water shield at eaves and valleys, and aluminum drip edge along the full perimeter. New step flashing and counter flashing will be installed to properly seal roof-to-wall transitions, and any rotted or damaged decking will be replaced as needed to ensure a sound substrate. The system carries a 150-MPH wind rating, a lifetime limited manufacturer warranty through Atlas Protects™, and a 10-year workmanship warranty, with any required decking replacement billed at an additional $1.85 per square foot.
