This scope of work includes thoroughly cleaning the roof surface to remove all debris, moisture, and dirt in preparation for installation. A continuous application of 2.5 inches of closed-cell spray foam will then be applied across the entire roof area. Following the foam installation, an initial base coat will be applied at a rate of 1.5 gallons per square foot to ensure uniform and complete coverage. A final white top coat will then be applied over the base coat at the same rate of 1.5 gallons per square foot to complete the repair and protective roofing system. All work is backed by a 10-year workmanship warranty at no additional cost.
