This project includes cleaning and preparing the existing roof, followed by the application of 1.5 inches of closed-cell spray foam across the entire roof surface and parapet walls up to the parapet cap. A base coat will be applied at 1.5 gallons per square and backrolled for proper adhesion, followed by a final white top coat at 1.9 gallons per square. Silicone coatings will be applied around the grease vent to ensure long-term durability in areas exposed to grease. The estimated installation time is approximately three days. The system is backed by a 12-year leak-free workmanship warranty at no additional cost (excluding small roof sections not included in the quote).
